桩身应力分布与性能研究

摘要: 云南某炼油厂拟建场地经过平山填谷施工,地基土质极其不均匀,填方区虽经强夯处理也不能直接作为某种装置的基础。选择三个有代表性的装置区进行桩基试验,选择合理的持力层与桩型,确定单桩承载力。着重就单桩在竖向附加应力作用下,分析桩周土对桩身发挥的作用以及桩身应力分布、桩的侧摩阻力以及桩底端阻力情况并进行探讨,为桩基设计提供可靠依据。

Abstract: The proposed refinery site in Yunnan Province is undergone the cut and fill in the mountain area. The heterogeneous of the subsurface soils prevent the shallow foundation for special equipment even after the dynamic compaction. Due to the large dimensions and magnitude of both lateral and vertical loads, the cast-in-place reinforced concrete piles are selected to support this structure. The axial static loading tests are performed at three representative locations in order to optimize the pile design. This paper presents the results of loading tests. The influence of the surrounding soil on the axial capacity and the stress distribution along the pile shaft are discussed.
