黑山湖特大桥零号块施工托架计算分析

摘要: 零号段施工是桥梁悬臂施工的第一个阶段,托架法施工零号段是一种有效方法,结合黑山湖跨兰新铁路立交特大桥,分析连续梁0号段施工托架设计计算方法,实践证明是合理可行的。

Abstract: A continuous cantilever beam(hammer head type)is divided into four segments:Block Zero,Cantilever,Support and Closure.Block Zero is the first construction segment in the hammer pier construction.It has the characteristics of densely reinforced,complicated cross sections with complicated stress distributions and containing many embedded parts,as well as having large selfweight. Therefore,the construction quality of Block Zero is critical to the safety and the stability of the entire hammer head pier.As an effective technique in the hammer head pier construction,the analysis method for the Bracket Support is very important.This paper presents a case history of the analysis of the Bracket Support in the Block Zero construction of the Heishanhu over LanXin Rail Line Bridge piers.
