中空注浆锚杆在某隧道支护中的应用

摘要: 针对中空注浆锚杆的支护特点,运用计算软件FLAC3D构建三维数值模型,模拟隧道的开挖和支护过程,分别对比中空注浆锚杆支护和普通砂浆锚杆支护两种工况下的隧道顶板沉降量、衬砌的塑性区和剪应力场的变化。分析得出,中空注浆锚杆比普通砂浆锚杆更好地实现封闭压力注浆,使浆液向围岩空隙和裂缝中扩散,进一步提高锚固作用及改良围岩。

Abstract: This paper presents the numerical analysis results of the grouted hollow anchors in the Gangtoushan Tunnel excavation support.The mechanism of the grouted hollow anchors is briefly introduced and the commercial software FLAC 3D is used.The displacement at the top of tunnel, plastic zones within the tunnel liner and the shear stress field during the construction are compared between the grouted hollow anchors and the conventional cement mortar grouted anchors. The results suggest that,compared with the conventional anchors, the grouted hollow anchors has a better performance in terms of pressure grouting since the grouting slurry can penetrating the fissures and cracks, results in a higher anchorage force and improved rock mass.
