植入式钢管嵌岩桩水下施工技术应用案例

摘要: 相对于普通基桩,植入式钢管嵌岩桩能更好的发挥基桩的抗弯和抗拔力。宁波港鑫东方燃供仓储有限公司白峰码头工程共施工桩基共106根桩,其中植入式钢管嵌岩桩34根,该工程嵌岩处最深位置位于水下20 m,水流紊乱,施工难度大,施工过程中采取了多种手段保证施工质量,总结了该工程植入式钢管嵌岩桩的施工方案和施工过程,可为类似工程提供参考。

Abstract: Compared to the normal pile foundation, implanted rocksocketed steel pipe piles can provied better bending and pullout resistance.The project of Ningbo GangXin Oriental Fuel Provision Company,is located in Beilun Dstrict of Ningbo.Totally 106 were constructed in this project,34 of them are implanted rocksocketed steel pipe piles.The maximum saket length is 20m underwater,being disturbed by the waterflow,the constructiong is very difficult. Therefore lots of methods have been taken to assure the quality of it.This paper summarizes the construction program and the process of implanted rocksocketed steel pipe piles in this project ,thich could provide a reference for similar projects.
