红粘土土水特征曲线的试验测试及模型参数研究

摘要: 用压力板土水特征曲线测试装置测试了干密度的红粘土之土水特征关系。试验结果证实了干密度的对土水特征关系存在明显影响,随着体积含水量的减小,基质吸力变大,并且变化幅度变小,同时基质吸力趋于恒定值。最后采用Van Genuchten模型对红粘土的土水特征曲线进行了拟合分析,表明利用Van Genuchten模型对红粘土的土水特征曲线进行模拟是可行的。

Abstract: The moisture characteristic curves of red clay samples with different dry densities: 1.20 g/cm3, 1.31 g/cm3 and 1.42 g/cm3 are measured through soil pressure plates.  The results validate that there is a significant impact of dry density on the moisture characteristic curves. With the decreasing of the volumetric moisture content, the matric suction increases with a reducing magnitude before reaching a constant value. The Van Genuchten model can successfully simulate the tested moisture characteristic curves.
