Application of Eco-Clay Wall Method in the Slurry Wall Engineering

摘要: 随着城市周边环境的复杂化,基坑数量的增多和深度的增大,基坑地下水控制变得日益重要。在分析现有隔渗帷幕工法的基础上,介绍了日本莱特工业株式会社研发的环保型EC墙隔渗帷幕新工法及其应用情况。与传统的隔渗墙体化学材料相比,它具有隔水性能优,耐久性好,易施工,不排土,无环境污染等特点,值得推广应用。

Abstract: With the urban development, the deep excavations are increasing in quantity and also the excavation depth is also getting greater. The groundwater control during the excavation becomes critical for the success of the excavation. This paper reviews the stateoftheart slurry wall construction techniques. A new seepage control wall that was developed by a Japanese firm, Raito Kogyo Co. Ltd is introduced. This wall which has a name of EcoClay Wall is environment friendly compared with the conventional slurry wall types. It has the advantage of excellent groundwater control, long service life, easy to construct, as well as no soil spoils during the construction.
