砂桩处理高速铁路软基施工工艺研究

摘要: 为探讨砂桩进行高速铁路软土地基处理的可行性,通过现场试验,对振动式砂桩和冲击式砂桩的施工工艺进行了研究。二者施工机械在地层穿透能力、成桩效果等方面基本类似,但振动式砂桩在施工工效上明显优于冲击式砂桩,且冲击式砂桩施工时噪音大、不适于城市和夜间施工。推荐采用振动式成桩方法,并提出了满足高速铁路软土地基处理要求的施工工艺。

Abstract: The sand column construction procedures and results are compared at a test embankment site in order to study the feasibility of applying sand column method in the high speed rail embankment construction. Two types of sand column installation methods are used: Vibration Method and Percussion Method. Both types of equipment have the similar penetration depth and column installation quality, however, the equipment with vibration method has obvious advantages over the percussion equipment. In addition, the percussion installation method generates excessive noise and therefore has the limited applications under the urban and night installation environment. Base on the test embankment results, it is recommended that the vibration installation method is used in the construction.
