复杂条件下地铁车站岩溶处理技术及分析

摘要: 广州地铁三号线北延段永泰站地层中溶洞、土洞发育较强烈,可在短时间内诱发地面坍塌,对地基的均匀性和稳定性产生不良影响,且溶洞充填物工程性质差,车站原始地基承载力低。因此,采取溶(土)洞详细勘察,对洞高大于2 m的溶洞、土洞,先进行吹砂处理,然后采用袖阀管注浆加固;对洞高小于2 m的溶洞、土洞,直接采用袖阀管注浆填充。结果表明,对加固地层钻孔取芯及原位标贯试验均满足规范要求,达到预期效果,现已顺利完成该站施工,可为类似工程提供设计和施工借鉴。

Abstract: The karst features and soil cavities are welldeveloped along Yongtai Station of North Extension of Guangzhou Metro Line 3. The potential ground collapses might have an adverse effect on the stability of the foundations and stability of the rail alignments. The soils between the limestone pinnacles and in the rock cavities have poor engineering properties and require strengthening. Based on the rock and soil cavity investigation, it is recommended two different improvement methods to be adopted: For cavities with a height greater than two meters, the structural sand is filled by sand blown method followed by the grouting with sleeve casing method; for smaller cavities, the cased grouting method is directly used. The core boring and SPT N values obtained after the construction indicated that the results are satisfactory.
