泥水平衡机械顶管遇不明障碍物处理措施探讨

摘要: 泥水平衡机械顶管在污水管网建设中应用广泛,但若地质情况不明,顶进过程中可能遇到孤石等障碍物,若采用常规处理方法,则对工期和造价都将造成非常大的损失。通过对广州某采用泥水平衡机械顶管工程在施工中遇到障碍物的问题进行分析,提出了利用接收井作为临时工作井,在井内采用钢套管人工掘进反向顶管,并在顶管外设置旋喷桩止水的解决方法,取得了很好的效果,为同类问题的解决提供了一定的借鉴。

Abstract: Slurry balanced pipe jacking method is widely used in the urban sewer network construction. Occasionally, if boulders are encountered during the jacking process, the conventional treatment methods will usually have an adverse effect on both schedule and cost. This case history presents a new way to overcome the obstructions in a pipe jacking project in Guangzhou. The new method involves the reversal jacking by using the receiving pit as a temporary launching pit. The reversal jacking is performed with the steel casing protected open excavation. The soil at the front working face is removed by manual hand dig. Jet grout is used in areas adjacent the reversal jacking to seal off the ground water. The case study indicated that this method is successful and cost effective.
