摘要: 地铁矿山法隧道下穿建筑物施工面临着控制建(构)筑物的沉降风险的重要问题,结合广州地铁某工程实例,介绍了建筑物沉降及其原因,针对造成建筑物沉降的关键因素即隧道渗漏水,采取了较强的控制措施,取得了较好的效果,为类似工程提供参考。

Abstract: There is high risk for settlement during mining construction of subway tunnel underpass buildings. Based on a project of Guangzhou subway tunnel, the risk and the corresponding control measures during the construction are introduced, then the treatment to the water leakage, the key factor for settlement, which can provide a reference for similar projects.
