超前工字钢桩在基坑围护中的应用

摘要: 某车库基坑开挖深度超过6 m,场地边的既有建筑距基坑边仅0.3 m,常规方法开挖容易引起周边建筑的开裂,为保证周边建筑的安全,采用了超前工字钢桩加土钉喷锚支护的施工方法,并适当调整施工顺序,成功地解决了周边建筑的变形稳定问题。

Abstract: For the excavation of garage foundation, its excavated depth is no less than 6.0 m and the distance between the excavation and the existing building is just 0.3 m. The crack in the building nearby is caused if the normal construction method is accepted, therefore the combination of advanced I\|steel pile with soil nail is adopted, the construction procedure is adjusted, which is successfully for the deformation control and the stability of around buildings.
