摘要： 参照《数字地质图空间数据库》的地质图空间数据库模型，借助MapInfo强大的空间信息表达能力，在MapInfo平台上构建了数据库。对数据模型进行了扩展，增加了地震目录基本要素类，该数据库建成后可为防震减灾工作提供基础性资料。

Abstract:  The database, as reference as from the geological map spatial database model of Digital Geological Map and Spatial Database, is built on the Mapinfo platform, which has the powerful solution for mapping geographic information. The data model is extended to include the basic feature class of the earthquake catalog, the database is provided for the basic information of earthquake preparedness and disaster reduction.
