嵌岩桩建筑物与地铁深基坑施工的相互影响

摘要: 以武汉地铁名都站为工程实例,建立了地铁车站深基坑施工过程与近距离高层建筑物相互影响的计算分析模型。计算结果表明,车站深基坑施工将引起嵌岩桩高层建筑物的不均匀沉降,但影响不大;而高层建筑物嵌岩桩对基坑开挖的稳定性是有利的。

Abstract: Based on Mingdu metro station of Wuhan as a project case, the simulating model was constructed and the interaction between the high\|rise structure with rock\|socketed pile at close range and the deep foundation pit excavation of metro station was analyzed. Results showed that the differential settlement of high\|rise structure with rock\|socketed pile was influenced by the construction of deep foundation pit excavation of metro station, but the influence was not significant. Therefore, the rock\|socketed pile was beneficial to the stability of the deep foundation pit excavation.
