摘要: 钻孔灌注桩由于其作业方便、机械化程度高、施工速度快、施工工艺成熟、适用情况广泛且在施工过程中较为安全可靠等优点而被广泛应用于工程施工建设中。在目前的钻孔灌注桩施工过程中,普遍采用风镐结合人工修凿混凝土桩头的方法,但其对于一些特殊原因造成的高大桩头并不适用,针对这一施工过程中存在的特殊情况,介绍了钻孔灌注桩高大桩头分层凿除法的步骤、实用价值及注意事项。

Abstract: The bored concrete piles are widely used in the engineering projects due to its advantages of ease and fast construction, less labor and matured construction procedures. The conventional bored pile head cleanup method is to use the handheld pneumatic ripper, but this method is not efficient for the large diameter bored piles. This paper presents a new pile head cleanup of using the layered clean up method. The procedure of this method and the key step are also introduced in the paper.
