上软下硬地层矿山法隧道下穿既有高速公路施工工艺与支护对策探讨

Supporting Techniques of the Metro Tunnel Excavated by Mining Method Crossing the Existing Expressway in the Complex Soil and Rock Strata

摘要: 随着城市地铁建设的快速发展,新建地铁隧道工程穿越既有构筑物的概率必将逐步增大,为地铁隧道施工带来了诸多工程问题。基于在建深圳地铁7号线2标安托山站至农林站区间隧道下穿既有广深高速公路施工工程,参考已有的下穿工程技术标准与工艺措施,针对上软下硬复杂地层和矿山法施工特点,采用不同的施工工法与支护措施,并在下穿区域通过围岩径向注浆和变形控制,确保下穿隧道安全通过运营中的广深高速公路。

Abstract: With the urban development, the metro alignment selections have encountered an increasing difficulty in avoiding building and other structures and well as facilities on the ground. The chance of the metro tunnels under crossing the existing building structures are increasingly higher. At the same time, associated tunnel construction problems have to be dealt with. This paper presents a case history of the construction of the metro tunnel under crossing the existing expressway. This project is located between the Antuoshan Station and Nongling Station for the second bid package of the proposed Shenzhen Metro No. 7 Line. The subsurface conditions along the tunnel alignment is complicated with soft overburden soil underlying with the hard rock mass. The tunnel excavation supporting techniques considered the characteristics of the mining excavation method as well as the current code regarding the tunnel undercrossing existing structures. The safe operation of the existing Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway is ensured by using the surrounding rock mass grouting and deformation control technique.
