桂林某小区桩基础超前钻勘察及优化设计

Probe Borings and Optimization for Large Diameter Piles in a Residential Community in Karst

摘要: 桂林是我国典型的岩溶区,在该地区的超前钻勘察中,多数施工方法按一桩一孔施工,难以获取准确的地质资料,可能存在安全隐患。通过对桂林某工程大直径桩超前钻勘察做优化设计,提出了按桩径分类确定每桩钻孔数,按桩径确定孔间距,按最不利原则确定桩底高程。经后期旋挖桩施工实际情况验证、现场抽芯检测,勘察资料与实际情况吻合较好,抽芯检测未发现桩底存在溶洞、破碎岩体等不良地质现象,较好的指导了施工,为该地区其他同类工程提供了借鉴和参考。

Abstract: Guilin is located in a typical Karst terrain. The probe boring practice in the area is one hole for each castinpace pile. Potential safety hazard might exist for this general practice since the accurate geological information below the large diameter pile tip is still difficult to obtain. In the foundation construction project of a residential community, which large diameter castinplace piles are utilized, the number of probe holes at each pile location are optimized. The spacing of the probe holes is determined by the diameter of the proposed pile and the tip elevation is determined based on the most unfavorable conditions revealed by the probe holes. The construction records and pile coring results verified that the investigation was very close to the actual construction conditions. The coring results also indicate that there are no rock cavities and broken rock mass underlying the pile.
