天然地基大型油罐沉降有限元数值分析

摘要: 依托广西石化1 000万吨/年炼油项目为代表的三项工程实践,建立天然地基大型油罐沉降的二维有限元模型,分析了油罐沉降。此外,根据实际监测结果,调整二维平面模型,通过反演给出合适的岩土层参数。三项工程计算结果表明:二维数值方法适用于天然地基大型油罐沉降分析,其计算结果稍大于实际监测结果,可保证设计安全;油罐沉降是一个长期的过程,需加强后期监测与控制。

Abstract: The two dimensional finite element analysis model for the settlement of oil tanks over natural soils are established based on the Guangxi Petroleum annual 10 million metric tons refinery project. The soil parameters are back analyzed from the settlement observation results. The results indicate that the computed settlements are slightly greater than the monitored data and therefore the safe tank operation can be warranted. The post construction monitoring is needed since the settlement beneath the oils tanks might be long term.
