盾构隧道近接施工对桥桩影响及保护措施

摘要: 以郑州地铁3号线盾构隧道近距离侧穿高铁高架桥桩为例,利用有限差分软件,分析了盾构施工对临近桥桩的影响,并提出设置隔离桩保护桥桩的方案。结果表明:盾构近距离侧穿桥桩时,桥桩会产生较大的竖向沉降和水平弯矩;采取设置隔离桩的措施后,对桥桩的沉降及受力有一定的改善作用,能较大限度地减少盾构施工对桥桩的影响。

Abstract: This paper presents a case study is of Zhengzhou No.3 Metro Line Tunnel Boring adjacent to the pile foundation of a highspeed railway bridge. The Fast Lagrange finite difference code was adopted to calculate the impact of tunnel boring on the pile foundation. The results suggest that: the construction will induce additional vertical deformation and horizontal bending moment. This impact can be mitigated by the construction of isolation piles.
