摘要： 结合南海三路软基处理实例，介绍真空联合堆载预压施工技术的应用，以及技术革新与改进，经检测单位监控、量测处理效果良好。

Abstract: Based on Nanhai Sanlu soft soil foundation treatment engineering, the technology of vacuum preloading combined with surcharge preloading was introduced, then its renovation and improvement were also introduced. Its results were proved.
