摘要: 以昆明广福路下穿隧道为工程背景,结合圆形与矩形盾构隧道方案研究,介绍了矩形盾构隧道的优缺点及其施工工艺。与圆形盾构隧道相比,矩形隧道埋深浅、空间利用率高、开挖面积小,能更好地保护地下空间资源,降低综合成本。矩形盾构隧道常用的施工工艺有偏心多轴式(DPLEX)盾构、摆动型盾构(WCS)、MMST工法、以及大断面矩形隧道现浇衬砌同步施工技术等。

Abstract: Construction methods for a rectangular shielding tunnel are: Developing Parallel Link Excavating (DPLEX) Shield, Wagging Cutter Shield (WCS), MultiMicro Shield Tunneling (MMST) Method and Simultaneous Shielding and Concreting for large cross section rectangular tunnels. Compared with the circular cross section tunnels, the rectangular tunnels have the advantages of having shallow embedment depth, high space utilization ratio, and more cost effective. This paper presents a case history of the design and construction aspects of Guangfu Road under cross tunnel. Both circular and rectangular tunnel shielding methods are compared. The advantage as well as disadvantage aspects in the rectangular design and construction are also discussed in the paper.
