某工程施工期地下室底板上浮破坏的原因分析

摘要: 通过某工程施工期间地下室上浮破坏质量事故的原因分析,阐述了地下室抗浮水位的正确应用,以及根据地形环境采用正确施工方法的重要性,分析了季节性降水、地形地貌、基坑周边环境情况等因素对底板抗浮、防水功能的影响,在地下工程设计、施工期应熟悉工程地质条件和水文地质条件,有准备地预防地下室上浮破坏因素。

Abstract: A basement of a highrise building experienced float up damage during the construction. This paper analyzes possibly factors that leading to the accident. The paper presents the importance of estimating the groundwater level during the construction as well as the applying the proper basement construction methods. Factors, such as, seasonal precipitation, topography and environment adjacent to the basement, that affecting the groundwater proof and drainage design are discussed. Understanding geotechnical and hydrological conditions during the design and construction is critical.
