自凝灰浆墙施工技术应用性分析

摘要： 结合南京青奥轴线地下工程施工实际情况，从适用性、经济型、施工效率、止水效果等方面对隔水止水帷幕方案进行比选确定采用自凝灰浆墙。进行自凝灰浆配合比试验掌握其特性；总结自凝灰浆墙施工工艺流程，分析其施工中控制要点及重难点，并提出解决措施确保自凝灰浆墙的施工质量，以达到分区降水的目的，可供类似工程设计和施工参考。

关键词: 隔水帷幕, 自凝灰浆墙, 配合比, 施工工艺

Abstract: After a screening process based on construction situation, applicability, economy, construction efficiency,and effectiveness,selfsetting mortar wall was selected for the cutoff wall of underground construction of Nanjing Youth Olympic Axis. Experiments were performed to study the characteristics of selfsetting mortar with different mix ratios.After analyzing the construction process, key issues related to quality control of selfsetting mortar wall construction, specifically the water proofing quality,was resolved.
