淤泥质粘土充填地下废弃管道试验研究

摘要: 以上海城市弃土淤泥质粘土为主要充填材料,掺入适量水和水泥制备泥浆,研究了配制泥浆的流动性能和养护后的力学性能,分析了充填地下废弃管道泥浆的适宜配比。在室内试验基础上以渗流槽为模型,泵入配制泥浆,养护后原位测试槽内泥浆体力学性能,分析以淤泥质粘土配制泥浆充填地下废弃管道的可行性,提出地下废弃管道充填泥浆的合理配比方案。

Abstract: The slurry is made from the abandoned muddy clay as main filled material combined with the proper water and cement. Its fluidity and mechanical property after conservation is studied, in which the proper ratio of slurry in the underground abandoned pipe is also studied. Based on the indoor test, the slurry is form in the seepage tank by pump, after conservation, its mechanical property is tested in situ, the feasibility of prepared slurry in the underground abandoned pipe is analyzed, then the proper ratio is suggested.
