软土地层深基坑开挖响应实测研究

摘要: 苏州市轨道交通洞庭湖路站基坑位于昆山市交通主干线前进东路上,开挖区域内存在深厚淤泥质软土层,实时掌握开挖引起的围护结构及地层响应,对于保证该基坑施工及地下管线安全极为重要。根据地质、水文及周围环境条件制定基坑施工监测方案,分析开挖全过程的围护结构及地表沉降监测数据,得出结论:①基坑开挖引起的围护墙身水平位移呈“梭”形,最大水平位移量值伴随开挖逐渐增大,最大水平位移位置则逐渐向下部转移;②围护墙顶逐渐产生向上的竖向位移(墙体抬升),同时产生大致外倾且对称的水平变位;③围护墙身、墙顶的变位特征则进一步引起围护墙上部支撑轴力的释放,以及下部支撑轴力的增大;④基坑开挖引起的地表沉降横断面曲线呈“双碗”形,施工中应重点关注“双碗”范围内的地下管线响应。

Abstract: The foundation excavation of Dongtinghu Road Station of the Suzhou Rail Transit is located on Qianjin East Road, which is one of the main transportation lines of Kunshan City. A thick layer of peaty cohesive soil is deposited at the proposed excavation project site. The monitoring of the response of the supporting structure and the adjacent ground subsidence due to the excavation are of great importance to the safety of the excavation as well as the adjacent utilities. A construction monitoring program was developed based on the site geological, hydrological conditions and the surrounding environment constrains. The following conclusions are obtained: 1) The shape of the horizontal displacement of the retaining structure induced by the foundation excavation is similar to a “shuttle” shape. The maximum horizontal displacement value gradually increases with the excavation depth, and the position of the maximum horizontal displacement gradually shifts to the lower portion; 2) The top of the retaining structure gradually produces an upward vertical displacement (the wall rises), and at the same time produces a roughly outward and symmetrical horizontal displacement; 3) The displacement characteristics of the enclosure wall body and the top of the wall further cause the release of the axial force of the upper support on the enclosure wall and the increase of the axial force of the lower support; 4) The cross-sectional curve of the ground subsidence induced by the excavation is in the shape of a “double bowl”, and the response of the underground utilities within the scope of the "double bowl" should be paid attention to during the construction.
