新建基坑对邻近既有铁路隧道的风险识别与防控措施

Risk Identification and Prevention Measures of a New Deep Excavation Next to the Existing Railway Tunnel

摘要: 为研究新建项目基坑开挖引起的邻近铁路隧道变形规律,分析新建项目实施过程中对邻近铁路隧道的风险,提出有效控制措施。以龙岩地区某房地产项目为背景,采用MIDASGTS三维有限元计算软件建立数值计算模型,模拟计算基坑开挖对邻近铁路隧道变形的影响,分析拟建项目实施过程中对邻近铁路隧道运营的风险以及采取的相应控制措施。结果表明:随着基坑开挖深度的增加,所引起的铁路隧道变形也越大;基坑实施过程中应重点监测铁路隧道及铁路设备的变形;针对拟建项目实际情况,从勘察资料、设计参数、施工工艺、施工设备机械、施工人员等角度辨别风险因素及提出相应措施减少对铁路隧道运营的影响。

Abstract: To study the deformation characteristics of adjacent railway tunnels induced by the foundation excavation of new projects nearby, and to identify these risks to existing railway tunnels during the deep excavation, effective control measures are proposed. This paper presents a deep excavation of the real estate project in Longyan area. The effect of the excavation on the adjacent railway tunnel was numerically simulated by using the MIDAS-GTS three-dimensional finite element calculation software. Risks associated with operating adjacent railway tunnels and corresponding control measures are evaluated with the foundation excavation process. The analysis results show that with the increase of the excavation depth, the deformation of the railway tunnel is also larger. The deformation of the railway tunnel and railway facility should be monitored during the deep excavation. The risk factors should consider the site-specific conditions, such as, survey data, design parameters, construction methods, construction equipment and machinery, construction personnel, etc.
