临近既有地铁新建基坑及建筑施工影响分析

Effect of a Deep Excavation and Construction on the Existing Railway Structures

摘要: 基于某地铁站工程,建立了包含车站结构、出入口、风亭及风道的三维数值模型,分析了紧邻车站主体上跨车站附属进行基坑开挖并新建3座塔楼对车站结构的位移影响。研究表明:车站结构、出入口及风亭均满足变形控制标准,新建结构施工对已建地铁结构的影响处于可控状态,并存有一定的安全余量。总体上,竖向位移大于水平位移,近基坑处结构变形大于远端的车站结构变形。基坑开挖阶段对结构影响最为明显,是保护既有结构的关键时期;通过钢管桩、钢筋网以及角撑可以有效保护既有结构稳定性;同等条件下,既有结构受基坑开挖影响程度的因素中,位置远近高于规模大小。

Abstract: A three-dimensional numerical model of the station including the station structure, entrances and exits, the ventilation pavilion and the ventilation tunnel was established. The influence of the deep excavation and construction of the three new towers on the displacement of the existing station structure are analyzed. The following conclusions are obtained: the excavation stage has the most obvious influence on the existing railway structure and is the critical stage for protecting the existing structures; the stability of the existing structure can be effectively protected by steel pipe piles, steel mesh and angle steel braces; under the same conditions, among the factors affecting the excavation, the location of the structure is higher than the scale of the structure.
