土岩复合地层条件下基坑开挖变形规律研究

Deformation of Deep Excavation in Complicated Subsurface Conditions

摘要: 为研究土岩复合地层条件下基坑开挖阶段围护墙体变形、地表沉降及支撑轴力的变化规律,以某在建工程为例,结合现场监测数据进行统计分析,结果表明:围护墙体变形、地表沉降和支撑轴力之间的变化存在密切联系。由于支撑的作用,在浅层土体开挖阶段,不会导致围护结构及地表产生较大的变形,随着基坑向下开挖,围护墙体向内的水平位移最大值也在逐步下移,最大位移点基本产生于底板附近,墙体变形的同时支撑轴力与地表沉降值也在逐渐增大;基坑土体开挖后及时架设支撑及浇筑底板,尽量避免基坑暴露时间过长,能够有效控制墙体变形及轴力的增加,对于较复杂的复合地层基坑开挖,需协调好土方开挖、架设支撑和底板浇筑之间的关系。

Abstract: This paper presents the evaluation of the construction monitoring data of a deep excavation in the complicated soil and rock conditions. The deformation of the supporting structures, ground subsidence and the axial force data are statistically analyzed. The results indicate that these data are closely correlated, and they are the results from the subsurface conditions, excavation sequence and construction plan. Smaller deformation and axial force are observed in soil strata with better geotechnical properties. When the excavation reached the design elevations, the internal strut support and concrete floor covering the excavation should be placed as soon as possible to avoid the excessive exposure of the excavated ground in the ambient environment.
