Key Construction Methods for the Zhouzhou Railway Station Exit Underpass Crossing the Beijing-Guangzhou and Shanghai-Kunming Freight Lines

摘要: 以下穿既有站场多条营运铁路线、安全风险高的株洲站新建出站地道项目为依托,通过对多个施工工法的比选,选定明挖现浇法施工,同时根据现场实际情况,建立D便梁线路架空体系,并对架空加固效果进行实时监控量测。采用钢管支撑和混凝土支墩形式优化边坡防护体系,减小了放坡开挖产生的不利影响,确保了施工的安全和质量。总结出一套适用于下穿多条既有线,既经济合理又安全可靠的地道施工工艺,可为今后类似工程施工提供借鉴。

Abstract: This paper presents a case history of constructing an underpass tunnel of Zhuzhou New Railway Station that crossing several active railway lines with high safety hazards. The open cut and cover method was selected from the comparison of different tunnel construction methods and from the site-specific conditions. Type D temporary beams were used to support the existing railway alignments and the temporary supporting structures were monitored. The sloped open excavation was protected by steel rakers on the concrete blocks to ensure the construction safety and quality. The construction methods used in the open cut and cover tunnel project is also summarized in the paper which can provide a reference for the similar construction projects in the future.
