桂林红粘土不同应力状态下的强度特性分析

摘要: 通过对桂林原状红粘土试样进行固结不排水三轴剪切试验,分析桂林红粘土在不同应力状态下应力应变关系,其结果表明:桂林红粘土土样剪切破坏时以塑性破坏为主;在不同的围压下,其初始模量都较大;土样的剪切破坏面并非呈一个平面,而是一个曲面。

Abstract: Throughout a series of consolidated undrained triaxial shear tests on the undisturbed samples, the stressstrain relationships of Guilin Red Clay under different stress conditions are studied.  The results show that the shear failure of the Guilin Red Clay is mainly plastic. All samples demonstrate high initial modulus at different confining pressures. The failure surface of samples is not planar but a curved surface.
