摘要: 边坡稳定性的评价对于地质灾害防治具有重要的意义,采用目前应用较多的有限元强度折减法对某公路边坡进行了稳定性计算,得到了该边坡的稳定系数和变形破坏规律;通过对比极限平衡法和有限元抗剪强度折减法对该边坡稳定性进行分析,研究表明,基于抗剪强度折减法的数值模拟方法能更好地反映边坡内应力分布状态,在斜坡稳定性评价中具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract: Slope stability evaluation has an important role in the geologic hazards prevention and minimization. This paper evaluates a highway slope by using the finite element analysis (FEA) with strength reduction method. The relationship between the stability number and the deformation failure is developed through the analyses. The FEA results are also compared with the results from the limit equilibrium method. It is concluded that the FEA with strength reduction can better represent the stress distributions within the slope.
