核电站核岛基础爆破开挖减震控制

摘要: 核电站基础爆破开挖时,必须控制爆破振动效应,确保预留基岩及附近建筑物和构筑物的安全。以一在建核电站基础爆破施工及振动控制为基础,介绍了爆破振动监测过程和减振方法。现场爆破实验结果表明,采用布设减振孔的方法可以减小爆破振动效应。振动效应随减振孔孔径增大而减小,随孔距增大而增大,并且孔距对减振效果的影响要大于孔径的影响,施工中应优先选择减小减振孔孔距的方法。

Abstract: In foundation excavation of a nuclear power plant, the blasting vibration should be controlled strictly in order to ensure the safety of bedrock and nearby buildings and structures. The authors presented the whole process of vibration monitoring and vibration reduction method based on the foundation excavation of the nuclear island. The in situ blasting tests reveal that shock absorption holes can reduce the blasting vibration. The vibration velocities of rock particles increase with hole spacing, and decrease with hole diameter. It is more efficient in practice to reduce blasting vibration by reducing shock absorption hole spacing than by extending hole diameter.
