德州地区桩基存在的问题及对策

Review of Pile Foundation Applications in Dezhou Area

摘要: 黄河冲积平原在德州及周边地区分布较广,随着高层建筑的大量出现,各种地基处理技术得到了普及和推广,由于冲积平原土层分布不均匀、施工单位的技术水平良莠不齐,多个建筑桩基在实际应用中出现工程事故或桩基承载力不满足设计要求。主要讨论近几年德州地区常用桩型以及在实际应用中出现的问题,结合工程实践提出需要注意的事项,以及在满足结构安全的前提下所采取的应对措施。

Abstract: The alluvial deposits from the Yellow River Delta are widely distributed in Urban Dezhou and its surrounding areas. With the construction of highrised buildings, the pile foundation and other soil improvement methods are widely applied in various projects. Due to the heterogeneous nature of the soils underneath the alluvial plain and the different construction skills among contractors, construction defects and accidents from the pile installations such as failing to reach the design axial capacity are frequently encountered. This paper discussed the pile types that are commonly used in Dezhou area and technical aspects of the pile installations.
