摘要: 现实工程中,施工质量不达标的状况常常出现,如果推倒重来,不仅造成巨大的经济损失,而且严重影响工期,更重要的是在软土地基原桩位上重新施工钻孔灌注桩难度较大。通过理论分析较为准确地判断出桩基础的安全状况,并提出了切实可行、安全可靠、相对经济的技术处理措施。

Abstract: The construction quality of the engineering is frequently defective. If these flawed elements are completely rejected and reconstructed, it is usually associated with large construction cost increase and delayed schedule.  In the reinforced concrete bored pile in soft soil, it is especially difficult for the reconstruction of a new bored pile at the original location. This paper presents a case study of the remediation of a defective reinforced concrete bored pile. The constructible, reliable, safe and cost effective solutions have also proposed. \=
