摘要: 对超深三轴水泥土搅拌桩的配合比进行了室内和现场试验,控制叶片下沉和提升速度在一定范围内,控制每分钟浆液流量达到一定的数值即可满足水泥掺量的要求,从而解决了现场水泥掺量的控制问题;通过改进搅拌头的叶片数量、分布及形状,可以较好地解决桩身底部搅拌不均匀的问题。

Abstract: This paper presents the studies on the soilcement ratios for the deep triaxial soilcement mixing columns. Under the range of different speeds of the vertical movement of the mixing blades, the optimum soilcement ratio can be obtained through the control of flow rate of the slurry per minute. This technique can be used in the onsite accurate control of the soilcement ratio. The uniformity of the soilcement column can be adjusted by changing the number of and shape of the mixing blades.
